Jamaal Cherry, 26, of Gary, Indiana, was sentenced on 1/4/10 by Judge Joseph Van Bokkelen to 41 months imprisonment to be followed by 3 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, to wit; a a Rohm, Model RG-38, .38 caliber revolver.
